• When you contact us: your name, email address, and message.
• When you sign up for a resource, such as the Learning Game Design Canvas: your email address and, if you choose to share them, your first name, organization, and the learning challenge you're working on. We also record whether you asked for future updates, when you signed up, and the exact wording you agreed to.
• When you visit the site: like most websites, our hosting provider receives basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, so it can deliver and secure the site. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

• To respond to your messages and requests.
• To send you the materials you asked for.
• To send future resources and updates, but only if you checked the box asking for them. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To decide which resources to create next, based on the learning challenges people share. We don't use what you share to market to you unless you opted in.
• To keep the site secure and working, including blocking spam.

• We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• We use service providers to run the site and our communications, such as website and database hosting and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
• If DRB is ever merged or sold, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to honor this policy.

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any update email, or by emailing us.
• Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@drbconsulting.co. We'll respond within 30 days, wherever you live.
• Do Not Track: our site doesn't respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because we don't track visitors across other websites.

• Resource sign-ups and update subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we can honor your choice.
• Contact form messages: as long as we need to respond and to keep reasonable business records.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our site is for professionals and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll post the update here and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also notify subscribers by email.
