Our Story
DRB Consulting was founded by Daniel and Rhylyn Burleigh, pairing deep people expertise with sharp financial discipline. Together we bring 18 years of HR leadership and six years in corporate banking, plus hands-on experience across finance and accounting, data analytics, leadership, and business strategy. It's a rare blend: the financial clarity to make sound decisions, and the people insight to make them last.
Our mission is to empower organizations by aligning purpose with action, amplifying strengths, and building trust. We're especially passionate about the work that's often hardest to staff well: helping nonprofits and small businesses professionalize, scale, and maximize their impact.
Rhylyn leads financial strategy; Daniel leads leadership development and HR. You get both halves of the equation from one team.
